The Mixfader Wireless Portable Crossfader is the world’s first truly portable crossfader, featuring an ultra-compact design that you can take with you anywhere you go. Retaining the natural feel and grip of most standard crossfaders, the Mixfader frees you from the restrictions of DJ mixers. The Mixfader is ideal for practising your scratching on the move, while connected to a turntable or application, allowing you to improve your skills on the fly. It’s ultra-compact design is revered by some of the most legendary DJs to ever grace the wheels of steel including: QBert, DJ Stretch, Nixon and more. The Mixfader will adapt to your personal scratching technique, whether you are a scratching regular or a beginner, and works perfectly for both left or right-handed users.

MIDI & TimeCode Compatibility

One of the most convenient features the Mixfader boasts is its MIDI and Timecode compatibility, allowing you to use the Mixfader with a range of applications, software and turntables. The Mixfader is compatible with a wide range of timecode-enabled turntables and standard audio vinyls. Its built-in MIDI support is ideal for use with a range of popular production software including Garageband, Traktor, Serato DJ and more. Simply select your MIDI mode and assign the control change number of your choice with the Companion app (available for Mixfader), open your selected software and you’re ready to go.

Dedicated app for expanded functions

The Mixfader has its own dedicated application that opens up a whole world of new functions and enhancements designed to improve performance and explore new setup possibilities. The software provides you with the means to adjust the crossfader curve, allowing you to change it for different scratching and mixing applications for a catered performance. You can also reverse the Mixfaders operation direction, accommodating both left-handed and right-handed users alike. One of the most versatile controls is the Role Assignment capabilities that allows you to use your Mixfader for a range of other applications including affecting pitch, volume or effects using the fader.

Sturdy construction - built to last

The Mixfader is built to last thanks to its unibody aluminium enclosure, which provides high resistance to shocks and impact damage. It also provides enough weight to handle the back and forth movement of your hand without jumping. The bottom of the Mixfader also includes an adhesive and washable rubber strip that provides added stability for sharper hand movements. The Mixfader comes equipped with four adhesive pads that you can put under a range of devices from smartphone to tablet to prevent shaking.
