PA systems can often be complicated, cumbersome, and they can take forever to get setup. The Fender Passport Venue is different. This all-in-one system takes the pain out of getting great sound. With two full-range 10'' loudspeakers and a 600W powered 10-channel mixer that all fit together in one easy-to-carry suitcase-style format, you can carry your entire PA system in your hands. With 600W of power on tap, this system is ideal for medium to large audiences and events. And it's simple to get everything setup.
Thirteen inputs give you the flexibility to connect a wide variety of sound sources. Four XLR mic/line inputs are perfect for a diverse range of microphones and line level sources. And with a phantom power switch, you can even connect condenser microphones. Next to these, you'll find two 1/4'' instrument/line input channels. You can freely switch between line and instrument modes for each channel, allowing you to optimise your signal with ease.
Then there's the stereo channels. Choose between the stereo pairs of 1/4'' inputs, or the stereo 1/8'' input for channels 7/8 and 9/10. These channels are ideal for stereo sound sources, mobile devices, tablets, and more. There's even a handy stereo USB input for playing back MP3 and WAV files at 16-bit/44.1kHz quality. Transport controls for the connected USB device can be found next to the USB input, making it quick and easy to control your sound.
It doesn't just stop with the inputs either. An 1/8'' output means you can connect headphones for high-quality monitoring directly from your system, or you could use this input to send your signal to other devices or locations. A dedicated level control allows you to find the perfect level for this output with ease. There's also a 1/4'' mono out, which is ideal for connecting a powered monitor, whilst a 1/4'' sub output complete with an automatic high-pass filter is ideal for hooking up a powered subwoofer to add clarity and punch to your low-end.
Intelligently-designed with ease of use in mind. The Fender Passport Venue makes it easy to maximise your sound. Each channel is equipped with a dedicated Volume control for setting the level, as well as Treble and Bass controls for sculpting your sound. Below these, you'll find the Reverb control for each channel. This adjusts how much reverb is applied to that particular channel. You can adjust the overall sound of your reverb with the Time and Tone controls in the top right corner of the mixer, whilst a handy switch lets you switch between two reverb types.
Next to the Reverb section, a large Master Volume control lets you set the overall output of your system. You can keep an eye on the status of your signal with the handy LED Output meter next to this control. And if you want to adjust the overall tonal character of your sound? Simply adjust the Tone control next to the Output meter.
