The crossover also helps to separate the low-frequency content from the rest of the audio spectrum, ensuring a smooth and balanced sound output. Great sounds can easily be achieved with the inclusion of Digital Signal Processing. This allows users to alternate between pre-defined EQ positions to find the right setting to suit the environment.
Designed for easy integration with other components of the G4M Modular Column PA system, the 2 x 10" Subwoofer can be adapted to suit a variety of scenarios. The 2 x 10" subwoofer has been designed to capture the nuances of low-frequency content with exceptional accuracy and clarity. Deep and articulate bass is provided whether your requirements are for pre-recorded audio, a live band or a DJ who wants to push the low end. The subwoofer also includes a DSP function, allowing you to keep a balanced sound, regardless of how modular your PA set-up is. At the touch of a button, you can toggle between 3 preset EQ settings: from smaller and more intimate PA scenarios to intense stage-ready line array systems.
The subwoofer features a durable plywood cabinet, suitable for transportation to venues and rehearsal venues. Combined with a sturdy steel grille, this subwoofer will withstand the rigours of the stage use.
The cabinet can also be used portrait or landscape, depending on the scenario. In portrait mode, the M20 thread receiver allows connection to a speaker pole for mounting a top speaker such as the G4M C6 column speaker. Landscape mode features a tool-less connection, providing a simple connection to the G4M C6 or C12 column speakers, both dedicated column speakers within the G4M Modular PA Series. Grooves on the side allow for subwoofer stacking when in landscape mode. This is particularly useful when more bass is required in the set-up.
This subwoofer forms part of the G4M Modular Column PA System Series, comprising of subwoofers and column speakers that are suited for all scenarios. The series is truly modular - if you want more sound, add more components! There is a choice of two sublime subwoofers: a 1 x 10" sub for smaller and more intimate venues, and a 2 x 10" model for larger stages and bigger performances. The half column and the full column model provide high frequency clarity from six (half) or 12 (full) 2.75" tweeters, both perfectly matching the subwoofer for a focused and accurate sound replication.
