Each of the AVB Switch's five 1-Gigabit Ethernet ports serves to provide you with a network-wide clock as well as nanosecond-level accuracy for the finest results possible. With a simple cat 5e or cat 6 cable you'll be able to run distances up to 328 inches. Utilise the additional port to connect to a common Ethernet or wireless powered router, this allows you to manipulate your set-up remotely through your iOS device.
