The Proel WD12AV2 12" Active Floor Monitor is a durable, powerful option for on-stage monitoring. It delivers high SPL with excellent sound clarity, using a 12" woofer and 1" compression driver to achieve a frequency response ranging from 50Hz to 20KHz. It is driven by both Class D and Class AB amplifier modules, providing reliable performance, even at the highest SPLs, with 350W of continuous power. Plus custom-designed coaxial transducers provide excellent HF and LF alignment, so you get great sound from any position.
While the WD12AV2 is designed as a floor monitor, it can also be used as a front-of-house speaker thanks to an in-built pole socket and the choice between monitor and FOH EQ settings. As well as this, it has built-in handles - so you can transport it easily - and sturdy plywood construction with polyurethane painting - so it will last a long time. The WD12AV2 is a great choice for mid-sized stages and great for monitoring vocals, guitar, horns, and electronic instruments - or even for DJs.
