View Full Description This omnidirectional capsule, when paired with the preamplifier stage, is able to capture 360° of sound in a mono recording. If you need an ambient recording of a room this is ideal. This allows you to get a general feel of a space as well as having your close mic options too.It can also be used for work with ensembles. Because it captures 360° of sound, you can have a relatively large group playing around it and they'll all be audible. Or even set it as a mono drum overhead - it'll deliver even reproduction of each element.
