Innovative DSP Processing and Protection

The QSC KW series active speakers and subwoofers are equipped with sophisticated digital signal processing that includes DEEP™, Intrinsic Correction™, DMT™ and GuardRail™. The Directivity Matched Transition precisely matches the high-frequency coverage angle to the natural coverage angle of the woofer, resulting in a uniformed frequency response over the entire coverage area without unnatural ''dead'' or ''hot'' zones. Additionally, the DEEP™ technology provides increased low-frequency extension without degrading the signal or adjacent frequencies while also protecting the woofer from over-excursion. GuardRail™ protection was first introduced on QSC's GX series amplifiers, protecting the amplifier modules and ensuring the sonic performance remains consistent.

Advanced Design with Premium Materials

The KW series is designed to withstand the rigors of professional environments. Cast aluminium handles allow you to easily transport the speakers and subwoofers, and steel grille protects all of the transducers from accidental damage. The 15mm birch plywood enclosures have been designed by QSC's engineers to be both more compact and significantly lighter than previous wood enclosure models, whilst also helping to reduce acoustic resonance and vibrations.
