The NTG-1 is a premium-grade shotgun mic designed for audio/visual professionals who work in film, video, television or production. The microphone utilises a condenser transducer with a super-cardioid polar pattern.
The specialised polar pattern is designed to pick up sound directly in front of the microphone, allowing you to focus on the subject you are recording. It results in an ultra-wide frequency range, spanning from 20Hz – 20kHz, designed to capture sound with optimum detail. The NTG-1 delivers broadcast-quality audio, something which is paramount when it comes to audio/visual work, matching the high-definition visuals with high-definition audio.
