Yamaha CHR10 10" Passive PA Speaker Pair with Stands Overview
The Yamaha CHR10 is a two-way loudspeaker, equipped with the same high-quality woofer and 1.4-inch high-frequency compression driver as their new DHR series, but in a passive, non-powered enclosure to give you the control over the setup. How it's powered, driver crossovers, and DSP options are all in your hands. With the same high-grade vibration-minimising plywood enclosure found in Yamaha's renowned CZR Series, the CHR10 provides clarity, flexibility, and power into one compact speaker.
The CHR10 has had every detail thought through, with carefully selected and customised transducers, and a polyurea coating to cover the enclosure with a tough, scratch-resistant surface. Its 90° rotatable high-frequency compression driver allows it to be installed vertically or horizontally. With an optional U-bracket attachment and rigging points for eye bolts, the CHR10 provides powerful, high-quality sound wherever you need it. With the two included speaker stands, this bundle is ideal for getting immediate use out of the CHR10s.

Flexible positioning
With rigging points for eye bolts suitable for suspended use, a rotatable high-frequency horn, and a pole socket for speaker stands, and U-bracket functionality, the CHR10 provides flexibility and customisation in its application.

Despite its compact size, the CHR10 provides a durable, scratch-resistant body that is extremely road-worthy, or can easily settle into one position for the long-haul, while ensuring that it will stay unscathed no matter what's thrown at it.
DSP Compatibility
Yamaha's cutting-edge DSP technology can also be harnessed by the CHR Series. Using one of Yamaha's power amplifiers means that you can apply their DSP and speaker tuning to the CHR speakers with ease. But you don't have to use Yamaha's power amplifiers, as long as the speaker and system are compatible, the CHR Series will accept any dedicated speaker processor tuning settings.
