Key Features
Product Ref: 95268
The RS-70 from Analogue Systems combines an inverter (polarizer) circuit with a preamp circuit, making it one of the most versatile polarizer modules available. The simple yet ergonomic design features five patch points in total comprised of two sets of A and B outputs and a dedicated input. There is also two additional connections for the inverter in the form of Low and High connections. The inverter circuit allows you to blend an input signal from negative to positive with the use of level control. When the knob is set the minimum position, the inverter produces an inverted signal, 10 times the amplitude of the input signal. Its speed spans from 0.1ms to 1s and can be controlled for added flexibility. It provides compatibility for signals with an amplitude of +/-10V and 20kHz. 10kHz is the limit for the two output jacks. It also features an integrated slew limiter for added versatility.
One of the most unique features of the RS-70 module is the integrated preamp circuit. This circuit provides you with two signal inputs, comprised of one for low impedance sources and one for high impedance sources. It boasts a gain control that spans from around -2dB to +21dB, dependant on your input source. It is recommended to use input signal with a level of +/-10V for optimal audio performance, anything above may incur clipping and distortion. It comes complete with two jacks for outputting the signal.
