Streamlined Design Eliminates Cable Clutter

The N22 from Cranborne Audio is the perfect solution for streamlining cable runs and eliminating clutter from your system. The four-channel audio distribution unit replaces four balanced XLR cables with one single Cat 5 cable, up to distance of 100 metres.

C.A.S.T. System

This unique breakout box system utilises Cranborne Audio's custom C.A.S.T. system. The C.A.S.T system (Cat 5 Analog Signal Transport) is designed to re-purpose internal copping wiring of a shielded cat 5 cable. It then distributes it by transmitting four channel of balanced analog audio.

The C.A.S.T system was developed to provide a unique way to distribute audio, helping to improve sonic performance, reduce cost and expand the flexibility of any audio equipment. The result is less clutter and tidier system overall.

Expansive Connectivity

You can even expand your connectivity further by connecting the N22 into the 500R8 or 500ADATs C.A.S.T input connectors. The mic/line sources that are connected to the N22's inputs are then sent to the interface inputs, readying them for recording. The stereo monitor mix from the 500R8/500ADAT is adapted and carried down the same C.A.S.T connection, directly to the N22's dual jack and XLR line outputs.
