At the heart of the design are the 30mm paired transducers featuring a Mylar/Titanium cone that provides a transparent sound and exceptional accuracy. This makes the headphones ideal for mixing and mastering purposes, as well as for music production. The natural and precise sound captures every nuance of your source audio, allowing you to mix while you work in some cases. As well as being ideal for mixing and mastering, the headphones can also be used for a range of applications from audiophile listening to DJ use and more.

Exceptional audio fidelity with custom drivers

The wide frequency range and custom 40mm drivers combine to create the best possible audio performance possible. The combination of tonal balance and precision results in high-end sound quality. It provides optimal absorption and linearity in the 3-9kHz range, with the bass and lower mid-range providing remarkable tonal balance and articulation.

The size of the ear cushions provides higher sound levels, with the microfiber providing a linear bass response. The resulting sound is clear and concise, with excellent dynamics. The connector cable also features gold connectors for optimal signal transference, ensuring the high-end audio is translated well from any medium.

The heat-sensitive memory foam ear cushions are 7/8-inches thick and provide optimal soundproofing and increase comfort. When it comes to monitoring, mixing and mastering, comfort is paramount. The process can be time-consuming and can result in listening fatigue and being uncomfortable when the right materials are not selected. The excellent isolation the pads provide are further accentuated by the soft-touch headband, providing a lightweight and comfortable over the top design. Your ear cups can also shift horizontally and vertically for the best positioning.

Complete with case and other accessories

The Focal Listen Professional Headphones also come complete with a range of convenient accessories. The most prominent accessory is the rigid carrying case, constructed from a thermoformed shell in the shape of the headphones for transportation and storage. It provides space to accommodate one cable and an iLok key (not included). It also includes a 5m coiled OF cable, 1.4m OF cable with remote control and built-in microphone, and a 3.5mm stereo jack socket to 6.35mm stereo jack plugs.
