In many of today's broadcast rooms and production studios, playback audio monitors are mounted on systems called "media walls". To do this, they are mounted using a system called the VESA standard that allows you to mount your equipment closer to the wall for a neater and more flush fit to your wall. VESA systems feature an internal mounting system instead of using conventional 19-inch rack systems. With the Genelec 8000-437B, you can now mount a huge variety of different Genelec studio monitors to a VESA system in both 75mm and 100mm configurations.
