Produce and perform wherever you are. The MC-707 is a professional music tool that can be used everywhere and anywhere. Housed in a streamlined casing, the MC-707 packs a huge punch. You can design your own sounds, create drum patterns, and compose entire music pieces using this awesome tool. Not just a notepad for music ideas, the MC-707 is a fully-fledged production beast.
Based around an eight-track sequencer which has been optimised to create electronic music, with a focus on pulsing bass and pumping kicks. You can explore a wide musical playground - combining loops, one-shots and synths to create massive-sounding tracks. The sequencer is based on the classic TR-REC sequencer, providing 16 steps in total. Once you have created your sequence, you can then store it as a 'clip', capturing your sound, note data and real-time knob movements. This makes it easier than ever to store and recall your sounds, perfect for live performances./p>
The MC-707 features the sound engines from legendary Roland machines. A wide range of classic synth sounds are included comprised of content from TR-808, TR-909, TB-303, JUNO-106, and SH-101 synthesizers. The groovebox replicates these sounds accurately so they fit immaculately within your wider production. It's a must-have machine for vintage synth heads.
Not only doe the 707 feature classic synths, but it also comes loaded with a wide amount of modern sounds, from powerful kicks to crispy snares and much more.
As well as the sequencer, the MC-707 features an onboard sampler which you can use capturing recordings on the fly. This is highly useful for music production and live performances allowing you to incorporate vocal or melodic parts into your sequencer. There is also a wide range of tools for editing your samples allowing you to slice, truncate and even reverse sounds for interesting results.
Compose your music using a curated selection of beats, phrases, and sounds. They have been expertly crafted for your use and mean you can start making music as quickly as possible. If you want even more sounds then you can explore new genres and styles by adding new content through your computer.
The powerful sound engine allows you to sculpt and create your own signs by combining virtual analog modelling with modern PCM to create the ZEN-core synthesis system.
You can even import your own custom sounds. This means your MC-707 can yield infinite musical results! You can even use your own voice or your favourite instrument. Imported audio can sync with the MC-707's tempo which means it can fit with any track.
The MC-707 prides itself on its capabilities. It features a wide range of effects. From delays and reverbs to producing wide and expansive soundscapes and spaces. You can add crunchy overdrive, distortion, and amp simulation which injects a huge amount of grit and intensity into your synths, guitars, drums, and more.
