Versatile Stereo Monitor Management

The SPL MTC Stereo Monitor & Talkback Controller is the ultimate hybrid volume level control and loudspeaker management for stereo monitoring. The fully discrete, all analog design delivers with VCAs, DACs and more, providing loss-free signal processing. The analog circuitry combined with SPL's custom-made balancing stage ensures an extended frequency range up to 100kHz, providing an immense dynamic spectrum with exceptional common mode rejection. The combination of level control and management for stereo monitoring makes the MTC Stereo Monitor Controller one of the most versatile monitoring systems on the market.

Integrated Talkback Section

One of the most convenient features of the MTC Stereo Monitor is the integrated talkback microphone. The microphone is built-in to the top panel of the controller, allowing you to communicate with artists while you work. The talkback microphone comes complete with its own dedicated level control, allowing you to dial in your levels with extreme precision. The talkback section delivers a latency-free cue mix signal for the musician, which can be comprised of the musician’s track and the track mix for optimal versatility. There is also a footswitch input for use with a remote control as well as a separate output with the dry talkback signal.

Headphone & Slave Outputs

A headphone output is also features on the top of the panel, allowing you to monitor your control room mix via headphones. The headphone output can also be toggled in and out with the HP ON switch, allowing you to mute your headphones without having to remove them each time. The balanced 1/4-inch 'Slave Out' is provided to sum all the outputs of active 2TR inputs (mix, 1tRA to 2TrD). This allows you to monitor your signal while routed to a recording medium. This allows you to simultaneously stream the audio while routed to a DAW, designed to improve your workflow.

The large volume potentiometer allows you to change the master volume with extreme precision. All the major functions and inputs have their own dedicated button, as well as potentiometers available for Control Room and Cue Mix channels.
