B&S MBX3 Heritage Trumpet, Silver Plated Overview
The B&S MBX3 Heritage Trumpet features three piston valves, a lightweight bell, two full sets of finger buttons as well as top and bottom caps and a specially designed leadpipe. The medium-large bore has been redesigned to create more stability of air flow and to better the tuning precision for an all round enjoyable play.
This model was designed in collaboration with Christian Martinez to produce the favoured characteristics, unique sounds, versatility, ease of play and user friendliness. The trumpet has a silver plated finish and comes equipped with a case to keep the trumpet protected during travel. As well as this the trumpet comes with a mouthpiece and care kit.

The BSMBXHLR-1-0D Heritage Trumpet was designed in partnership with Christian Martinez. Together the renowned French professional trumpet player and B&S developed this model. Characteristics of the model include unique sounds, versatility, ease of play and user friendliness. The MBX3 has rich harmonics throughout all its registers and offers full-bodied tones. Perfect for all music styles ranging from Jazz right through to Classical, the flexible trumpet has accurate tuning and rich, warm sounds.
Design features
This model features a new lightweight gold brass bell. It is hand-crafted and hammered for better projection. For more ease and precision a specially designed leadpipe has been added to the design. The bore has been redeveloped to enhance the tuning precision and stability of the air flow. The design features standard waterkeys which ensure efficiency as well as a new innovative system of the 3rd slide stop. The MBX3 comes equipped with two full sets of buttons, top and bottom caps which allow the player to express themselves better. The top caps have a 'fast thread' which allows the valve to be unscrewed in two and a half turns.
