KNA VC-1 Portable Cello Pickup Overview

The KNA VC-1 Portable Cello Pickup is a user-friendly portable bridge-mounted piezo that accurately duplicates the cello's tone, requiring no modifications to your instrument. It features a lightweight wooden-cased piezo sensor that is installed in the eye slot of the bridge, held firmly by friction. This design ensures maximum tonal sensitivity and transmission.

Included with the VC-1 are neatly-finished shim discs that guarantee the perfect fit, even for sensors in narrow bridges. The 1/4" socket jack, which is securely attached to the tailpiece using a Velcro band, is tailpiece-mounted for convenience. One of the standout features of the VC-1 is its passive design, which faithfully reproduces the natural sound of the instrument without needing a battery, offering an ideal blend of functionality and simplicity for cello players.
