When you play the Shakti alto saxophone, the first thing you notice is how free-blowing it is. This is mostly due to Theo Wanne's special reticulated interior bore design. Not only does this help to produce the full sound that the Shakti is known for, it also allows for more efficient airflow. To further help with your tone, the Shakti saxophone features Theo Wanne's special three-point super-strong bell-to-body brace. Not only does this brace look fantastic, but it also enables the bell to vibrate more than a standard brace would.
Thanks to the Shakti saxophone being made in the USA, you can be assured it's built to the highest quality. Unlike other saxophone models, the Theo Wanne Shakti alto features the signature triple strap hook. Ideal for stage performers, this triple hook lets you choose from multiple playing angles so you can find the optimal playing position. To really make a statement, the Shakti saxophone is finished in a beautiful clear lacquer.
