Yamaha VC5S Student Cello Full Size Beginners Pack Overview

Be inspired. Hand-sculpted by Yamaha artisans, the Yamaha VC5S student cello has been designed using the same traditional methods as used on more professional string instruments. Featuring a Stradivarius influenced design with a spruce and maple body, ebony fingerboard and rosewood fittings, this full size instrument not only looks great but plays well with a warm tone.

Including a Wittner tailpiece with fine tuners, you are now able to make precise tuning adjustments at complete ease. Along with this, D'Addario Prelude strings have been added to create a brilliant sound straight out of the box.

Your new cello comes complete as a package, this includes a cello stand, polishing cloth, music stand, chromatic tuner, and non-slip cello mat.

Hand-Sculpted by Yamaha Artisans

Crafted from solid woods with a spruce and maple construction, this Stradivarus influenced beginners cello gives a much more rich and resonant sound. Built on to the VC5S are fittings and parts of the highest quality. The ebony fingerboard is of orchestral standard and offers both comfortability and durability. The pegs and chinrest have been crafted from rosewood, another hardwood thats life expectancy is far greater than most woods.
