This model comes designed with a solid spruce top, which produces a broad dynamic range with a crisp, articulate tonal output, providing a rich, pleasing sound that only gets better with age. In addition, the Legacy's solid spruce top adds to the guitar's rich sonic performance and delivers a focused, clear sound with deep lows, a warm mid-range, and bright singing highs.
Its stunning solid top is attached to laminated wild cherry back and sides, offering a great tonal output and durability. The Legacy's wild cherry laminate body projects a tone that falls between the mellow sound of mahogany and the bright tonality of maple. Its overall tone produced is able to accommodate blues, folk, and old school pickers as well as medium strength strumming.
Stunning tone woods
Well-crafted from silver leaf maple, the Legacy's neck adds a bright tonal output with great sustain to the guitar's overall sound. Additionally, it also features a double action truss rod, which offers stability and relief of the neck. The neck has been topped with a rosewood fingerboard that enhances the overall sound by adding warmth and clarity, while providing a smooth, energetic platform for the left hand. Its fingerboard is sprinkled with pearloid dot inlays, providing the player with an authentic and elegant appearance.
