With every chord, pluck, and bend, this model delivers incredible articulation, paired with a delicate chime. With these tones, you can guarantee that the '69 Stratocaster can accommodate a wide variety of genres and playing styles. Wanting to shape this sound to suit your style? Also featured on this model are a select few controls that allow you to change the way you play. Featured is a volume and tone control, alongside a 5-way pickup selector that allows you to select which pickups you want to perform with. Truly incredible tones.
Built for perfection
Each and every detail of this model has been carefully designed to ensure that your playability is as perfect as it could be. Sculpted from alder, it's lightweight, offering a comfortable performance, whilst also adding a balanced, smooth, and resonant sound to your overall tone. This material has been sculpted into Fender's classic and instantly recognisable Stratocaster shape. With this, reaching the higher frets is effortless thanks to the double cutaway, while the elegant contours offer maximum comfort.
The neck has been sculpted from maple and topped with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish. Thanks to this combination, your hand effortlessly glides down the smooth material for fast fretting, ensuring each note is crisp and articulated. This '69 Stratocaster's neck is a one-piece, meaning the fretboard is one with the neck rather than being attached.
