Loaded With Set of Seymour Duncan Pickups

The Passion RG4 Bass is equipped with a set of high quality Seymour Duncan Quarter Pound pickups, which have high output and good string sensitivity. The pickups yield rich articulation, and with the 5 alnico rod magnets, players can achieve fierce attack with a full and strong low-end. To shape your ideal bass tone, the RG4 is equipped with a Volume and Tone control as well as a 4-way switch to select between the different pickups.

Chambered Red Cedar & Swamp Ash Construction

The Passion RG4 is crafted with five tuned synchronised resonance chambers, that are all connected within the body to ensure that air is transferred to provide resonant tones. The chambers also keeps the bass lightweight, so that you can use it comfortably throughout long gigs or recording sessions. The body is made from red cedar for a vibrant and responsive tone that yields beautifully complex harmonics; and it is topped with carved swamp ash which enhances the tone with sparkling highs, as well as a defined and focused midrange.

Bright Maple Neck & Fingerboard

The Godin Passion RG4 features a smooth maple neck, that delivers tight, sizzling highs and overall bright tonal characteristics. Maple is a strong and sturdy wood that will cope with vigorous neck use, and it offers fast, unhindered playability with easy navigation of the fingerboard. The fingerboard is also made from maple, providing players with even more snap and bite.
