The Charvel USA Guthrie Govan HSH is an incredibly well-designed guitar. It was developed through constant conversation with Guthrie himself. This guitar is packed full of special features and premium hardware, expressing Govan's artistry in distinctive Charvel form. The signature model is constructed with a caramelized ash body and flame maple neck, both of which are heat and dry treated, giving the guitar a vintage tone.
The sound is further enriched with three Charvel custom MF pickups. Placed in a HSH configuration and partnered with a 5-way switch blade, the guitar achieves a tonal freedom that is necessary when dealing with Govan's diverse catalogue of music.
