SubZero Choir Boy Chorus Pedal
Intuitive operation
There’s good reason why many iconic guitarists have a chorus on their pedal board. Unmistakable, its unique sonic footprint will add texture to your tone and it couldn’t be easier thanks to the Choir Boy’s intuitive layout!
- Depth - This allows you to control how subtle or extreme you’d like chorus to be incorporated into your tone. Use this to alter the intensity of pitch shifting and delay time that occurs as a result of chorus.
- Speed - Also known as “rate”, speed controls the rate at which the frequency modulates. Adjusting this knob determines how fast the effect moves back and forth. For a subtle chorusing effect we suggest you keep this knob set relatively low. If you’re after something more extreme then position it at a higher value.
- Volume - Use this to determine the overall output of the pedal.
Reliable performance
Engineered to be able to handle the rigours of extensive live use with ease, this is a pedal that won't let you down. Its robust enclosure is built to effortlessly handle the inevitable bumps, scrapes and knocks that come with continued use, whilst providing optimised protection of all internal components. This is backed up by the true bypass design which retains your signal purity and stops your dry tone being coloured in any way. Know that when you stomp the pedal on, all you're going to get is big, shimmering chorus.

SubZero Forge Metal Distortion Pedal
Built for Metal
Designed from the ground up to offer bespoke tones for metal guitarists, the SubZero Forge Metal Distortion Pedal’s intuitive interface keeps things simple so nothing stands between you and colossal tones. If you're seeking a pedal with plenty of gain, the Forge Metal has you covered.
- Gain: Adjusting the gain control allows you to alter how aggressive your distorted tone is. Lower values will add a thick “crunch” to your sound that’s perfect when it comes to emulating the sound that defined many ‘70s Heavy Metal records. When you desire a Contemporary Metal tone aim at mid/ higher levels of gain, whilst maxing out at 10 is perfect for recreating Doom Metal tones.
- Tone: Tone acts as an equaliser. When positioned central your signal will be uncoloured. Turning the knob to the left will produce a darker tone, whilst right offers a brighter sound. Adjust this according to suit the style of music and arrangement.
- Level: Use this to adjust the Forge Metal’s output volume when the pedal is engaged.
Analog heaviness
The all-analog circuitry stops your tone ever becoming unpleasant. This ensures that no matter how far you crank the gain, even with the 'Tone' rolled all the way up, your harmonic content doesn't become muddy; every note is clear and audible, and your aggressiveness is never compromised. Clarity and articulation are of vital importance in metal, those fast runs need to sound immaculate, so this pedal was engineered to always deliver this, regardless of settings. The true bypass design helps with this as well as it keeps your signal pure and stops your dry tone being coloured. This means it pairs brilliantly with other pedals, helping to push overdrive pedals into higher gain realms. For all things heavy, it's hard to go wrong with the Forge Metal.

SubZero Public Transport Delay Pedal
Intuitive layout
Thanks to the intuitive layout of the Public Transport, achieving excellent delayed tones couldn’t be easier:
- Time - Time allows you to decide the exact amount of time before the signal repeats itself. When positioned at "1" the pedal will project a 50-millisecond delay, when set to "10" you'll hear 400-millisecond delay.
- Feedback - Adjust the feedback knob in order to affect the length of the delay. This determines how long the effect will repeat before it decays. When positioned at "1" you'll achieve a slapback sound, whilst 10 offers an extended delay.
- Effect Level - Use this to adjust the Public Transport's output volume when the pedal is engaged.
All analog design
The analog circuitry of the Public Transport delivers stunning sound quality at all times. Regardless of settings, you'll always get pristine clarity and articulation with a warm, natural response. The delay is smooth and pairs beautifully with other pedals for truly expansive tones. The straightforward three-knob layout makes dialling in your preferred settings a breeze, and makes changes on the fly easily possible. This is great for those sonic voyagers looking to utilise the oscillation, sweeping the Feedback control lets you create spaceship-esque effects and more radical sounds.

SubZero Maximum Overdrive Pedal
From cream to crunch
Versatility is one of the SubZero Maximum Overdrive Pedal's strong suits. Thanks to its intuitive, three knob interface you’ll be able to achieve a wide range of tones with minimal effort required.
- Gain: Adjust the gain control to determine the exact amount of overdrive present in your signal. Lower values will add a subtle “crunch” to your sound which will be particularly excellent for Indie and Hard Rock tones, whilst higher values are perfect for Metal and other extreme genres.
- Tone: Tone acts as an equaliser. When positioned central your signal will be uncoloured. Turning the knob to the left will produce a darker tone, whilst right offers a brighter sound. Adjust this according to suit the style of music and arrangement.
- Level: Use this to adjust the Maximum Overdrive’s output volume when the pedal is engaged.
Warm response
Unlike other distortion pedals in this price range, the Maximum Overdrive retains its warmth and articulation at any setting. This guarantees a consistently rich sound quality. The all-analog circuitry lends an authentic edge that suits a wide range of genres. It's a perfect pedal for when your tone just needs an added kick, but you still want to retain your harmonic content and not overhaul your whole sound. The true bypass design makes sure that as soon as the effect is disengaged though, there's no tone colouring, making this a perfect addition to any pedalboard, or in fact, your first ever drive pedal. Ideal for pros and amateurs alike- give your tone that kick with the Maximum Overdrive.
