Offering a wide dynamic range and crisp articulation, Sitka spruce ensures that every note is released from the strings with glistening definition. It is perfect for any passionate gigging and recording musician. As it ages, the sonic capabilities of Sitka spruce become more varied and enticing. Each time you play, its tone opens up - and so do the possibilities of the 618e. Solid maple back and sides have been revoiced for greater warmth and even more clarity. The result? A gloriously balanced sound that lends itself to all fingerpicking and strumming techniques.
