The Sonos 2 Room Set with Ray is a home audio bundle consisting of their Ray soundbar as well as a waterproof portable speaker, Roam. An easy way of achieving great sound for your home, this bundle can be set up in two rooms through your house, the Ray for your living room and the Roam for a second room, or you can reinforce the Ray with the Roam for an additional bump in sound quality.
The Sonos Ray is an intrepid first step into Sonos' range of quality home audio soundbars, with wireless compatibility and an easy two-cable TV installation. The size of the Ray makes it perfectly suited to fit under your screen, into cabinets or discreetly mounted to your wall. The stereo audio is handled by an array of two tweeters and two midwoofers, which amply carry a dynamic mid-high frequency soundscape, with a proprietary bass-reflex design expanding bass response.
The Sonos ROAM Waterproof Smart Speaker is perfect for music lovers on the move or at home, featuring a portable and waterproof design - ideal for the outdoors! Sonos ROAM Waterproof Smart Speaker

The ROAM encapsulates the Sonos sound, using a custom tweeter and woofer design to deliver articulate highs as well as potent bass. Featuring a precision-engineered acoustic enclosure, the ROAM provides impressive depth and clarity. The shock-resistant enclosure also has an IP67 rating which means it's resistant to dust and water so you can enjoy the ROAM no matter the weather. If you own other Sonos products, you can hold the play/pause button to send sound between the ROAM and other Sonos speakers.
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Onboard Controls
Featuring built-in Wi-Fi connectivity, the ROAM allows you to play your favourite playlists from a range of popular streaming apps, including Spotify, TIDAL, Amazon Music, Audible and Pandora. It also features onboard Bluetooth 5.0 support so you can stream music from compatible devices. Not only that, but if you have an iOS device you can send sound directly via AirPlay 2. You can of course also use the onboard touch controls to make it easy to adjust various settings, including play, pause, volume, skip and more.
Sonos App and Trueplay Optimisation
Operating the ROAM is made that much easier by using the Sonos smartphone app. As well as a comprehensive set-up guide, the Sonos App can connect to your music streaming services to play your favourites instantaneously. You can even fine-tune the speaker’s audio performance. Trueplay (iOS device required) will measure the acoustic properties of the room you’re in and automatically tune the speaker to deliver the best possible sound quality, no matter where you place it.
Support for Voice Assistants
Constantly having to get up and go to your speaker to skip songs or change settings can be tedious at times, but with the Sonos ROAM you can enjoy hands-free control with support for both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Sonos ROAM features support for both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to play songs, change the volume, check the news and even set appointments; with just your voice. The ROAM Smart Speaker utilises a far-field microphone array that uses complex beamforming and multi-channel echo cancellation to ensure your voice is always picked up – no matter where you are in the room.
