The Alto TX212 combines powerfully-refined acoustic performance with elegant style to bring you a speaker that looks great and sounds even better. The speaker weighs in at only 14.2kg making it easy to transport. This allows you to take it on the road with you to your DJ sets, live shows, or a friend's party. It is also ideal for installations such as gyms, dance studios, bars, restaurants and weddings. The portable PA speaker offers a whopping 300W of continuous class D power. It is equipped with efficient, bi-amped class D amplification. The TX212 also features built in EQ with a contour switch for low and high frequency, and a +3dB boost.

Built to travel

The TX212 is built to travel and features a solid injection-moulded polypropylene enclosure, metal grille and rubber feet that ensures maximum protection. It is both lightweight and portable, and features 2 handles that allow for easy transportation. Additionally, a pole-mount socket is conveniently built-in, allowing you to create a pole mounted setup. The TX212 can also be used for main or wedge monitor operation. On the rear are connections for XLR/TRS with selectable mic/line input for flexibility.

The TX212S's 12'' transducer is driven by the sub's high-efficiency Class-D amplifier. Capable of producing 900W of peak power (450W continuous), the amp works in harmony with the entire subwoofer design to deliver that signature Alto sound. Every note is reproduced with phenomenal clarity, deliver a distortion-free sound that your audience will never forget.

Crafted from rugged MDF with a braced design, the cabinet makes sure that none of the transducer's energy is dissipated through vibrating, resonant cabinet walls. The perfect match

Optimise your system. With a choice of six DSP output modes, you can ensure that your TX212S's response is perfectly suited to the full-range speakers you're using it with. Four of these modes have been tuned specifically for use with Alto Professional's TX2 series of full-range speakers (TX208, TX210, TX212, and TX215). The other two are Hi-Pass and Bypass modes. Whichever one you choose, the system adjusts the frequency response and crossover frequency, creating a perfect match for your speakers.
