The Radial Catapult Rack RX is designed to distribute 12 channels of balanced audio over three Cat 5 cable lines. This innovative system allows this receiver to accept mic or line-level signals from one location to another without any signal loss, noise, or interference. The best part? There's no need for digital audio conversion. The Catapult Rack RX utilizes the analog conductors in the Cat 5 Ethernet cable to deliver four balanced audio lines to any destination.
Efficient audio reception
With the Catapult Rack RX, you get three times the channel count in just 1 rackspace. Each Cat 5 Ethernet cable can carry four channels, and the 12 XLRs on the Catapult Rack RX are split into three banks. Each bank has its own noise-eliminating ground lift switch and RJ45 Ethernet jacks on the rear panel. You have the flexibility to connect all 12 channels to a single location using three Ethernet cables, or split them off to multiple Radial Catapult stage boxes.
