Compact Ring Modulation Module

The RS-20 Ring Modulation and Multiple is a streamlined ring modulation module designed for Eurorack modular users. The RS-20 combines a classic ring modulation circuit with a 1x4 multiple configuration. The result is a highly useful effect tool that can be utilised in a range of sound design applications. The Ring Modulator gives you the ability to warp and manipulate your input sources, ideal for a variety of synth modules and external music instruments. The ring modulator allows you to create metallic-like timbres, ranging from percussive sounds to sweeping whistles to tremolo effects and more. The ring modulator itself features a high-quality AC-coupled design, providing accurate ring modulation over a wide frequency and amplitude range.

Streamlined, Compact Design

The highly compact design only measures at 6HP in width, providing you with a unobtrusive way to incorporate ring modulation and a 1x4 mutliple into your modular setup. Basing its design around the AD633 multiplier IC, the RS-20 provides a simple and easy way to modulate your sound sources with ease. The resulting clean signal ensures optimal audio fidelity, and can be used for a variety of applications. The simple and streamlined design features 7 patch points in total. The Ring Modulator section features an X and Y input connectors, complete with a dedicated output. The 1 x4 multiple features four separate connections for added flexibility.
