The Bach TB200 trombone features a yellow brass bell and slide, complemented by a clear lacquer finish. Yellow brass is one of the most widely used and commonly played alloys in the world. A layer of clear lacquer makes sure the instrument stays looking newer for longer. The TB200 has a chrome plated nickel silver inner slide which provides the ideal surface for quick and smooth slide action. Nickel silver is used for many premium trombone slides because it's firmer and has greater corrosion resistance compared to standard brass.

Step-Up Trombone

The TB200 trombone is a durable and well-designed instrument perfect for advancing students and ambitious amateurs. The .525" medium bore allows easy play in the upper register. Features such as soldered bell wire are usually only found on high-end premium instruments. The soldered bell wire strengthens the bell against any knocks and bumps, while also darkening the sound. The 8" yellow brass bell is perfect for projecting this rich sound to the back of even the biggest concert halls.
